Resources

Self-guided journals, planners and workbooks, informed by evidence-based psychological practice: a complement to therapy, not a substitute for it.

This section is being built out. It will include both free resources and paid digital downloads across the categories below, organised by what they help with rather than by price. If you've found this page because a Knowledge Centre article mentioned a resource that isn't live yet, that's expected at this stage: categories are open now so the site's structure is in place ahead of the first products.

Resources aren't a substitute for therapy A journal, planner or workbook is a self-guided tool for reflection and practice: not a psychological assessment, not psychotherapy, and not appropriate for a mental health crisis. If you need clinical support, see ADHD-Aware Therapy or EMDR & Trauma Therapy, or contact your GP or emergency services if you need urgent help.

Free & Paid

Each category will carry both. Free resources are a low-commitment starting point; paid resources go deeper.
